  4. HelpScribble is a program to create Windows Help files, 
  5. without the need of a word processor.

  7. It has everything a great help authoring tool needs:
  8.   * Good installation/uninstallation program

  11.     * No need to mess with heaps of dialog boxes

  23. For Delphi programmers, it has some more interesting features:
  24.   * HelpScribble parses your source code to make documenting your
  25.     VCL component very easy!
  26.   * HelpScribble's HelpContext property editor integrates in Delphi 1 and 2.
  27.     * Double-click on any HelpContext property in the Object Inspector
  28.       and manage your help topics directly from within Delphi.
  29.     * It can display a tree of all the components on your form 
  30.       with their help topics. Very handy!
  31.   * HelpScribble can do syntax highlighting on the sample code

  34. To install it, simply unzip this file and run Setup.exe

  36. If due to some unimaginable reason, you would not like HelpScribble, you can
  37. uninstall it from the Control Panel or by running Setup.exe again.
